MY STORY

Growing up, I envied the kids who played extracurricular sports with their friends. I jumped at the opportunity to play on the school's sports teams as soon as I was old enough, a tradition which carried through high school. In university, I discovered the facinating world of Nutrition. Once I graduated from my Food Science & Nutrition Program, I found a job working at a nutraceutical company which fueled my knowledge for health and nutrition further. A rollercoaster of diets, workouts, and transformation experimentations ensued to understand how the body reacted to food and exercise. As I adopted a healthier lifestyle, friends, family and colleagues began asking me for health and fitness tips. While chatting about carbohydrates, I realized that what I thought was basic nutrition knowledge, was not so basic at all and that's when I realized I could help people improve the quality of their life and create a healthy, sustainable lifestyle to enjoy with their loved ones for as long as possible.
