But here's the good news: Train only 3X per week and still get RESULTS! Train at home or in the gym or BOTH. Workouts are only 30-45 minutes so there's no need to sacrifice the other priorities in your life and for those weeks where you can spare an extra 30-45 minutes, there is an optional 4th workout.
